Did you know that eligibility for NJ FamilyCare is expanding? Or that free or low cost healthcare coverage is now available to all New Jersey children, regardless of income?
Beginning September 1, 2008, New Jersey began its efforts to enroll over 240,000 uninsured children into a health insurance program. If your family income falls within certain ranges, your children may be eligible for NJ FamilyCare. If your family income is above the limit, you may still be able to get affordable health insurance for your children through the NJ FamilyCare Advantage program. If you are a parent, you may also be eligible for free or low cost healthcare coverage through NJ FamilyCare.
